Shipping Policy


ORDER PROCESSING:
We aim to complete the order within 30 minutes of receiving it, and can order delivery shortly after that, making same day delivery possible if payment has been received. For upcountry or overseas orders, please allow 1-2 working days to process your order. Expect an email AFTER PAYMENT to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL BANGKOK DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to
shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 30km of downtown Bangkok (i.e. BTS Siam Station).
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

THAILAND SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer200 THB flat rate shipping to almost anywhere in Thailand. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (outside Thailand):

We will quote shipment cost to other countries, using the lowest cost shipper, but we must warn you that DHL, FED EX, KERRY, usually start at $30 or more, so buying just a few items is not worth it (we recommend $50 order value or more).

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at admin[@ sign]groovymap.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We  address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
